Adrian Beeby - Director
With over 30 years’ experience in public relations, Adrian has worked at regional, national and international levels helping organisations use communication strategically to achieve their aims.
Beginning as a freelance journalist, he moved into local government PR before heading communications for the UK water industry, becoming the industry’s spokesperson. He then joined insurance giant Lloyd’s of London before leaving to found a top 150 PR agency.
Renowned for his creativity and strong media relations skills, Adrian works with clients to develop and implement communication strategies. An expert in the insurance sector, he is a sought-after coach, copywriter, podcaster and tactician. He has also been heavily involved in crisis management.
Will Mutton - Director
Will has 20-plus years of communications experience, both in-house and as a consultant, covering a range of disciplines including public relations, issues management, content development, strategic leadership communications, change management, corporate messaging and business development.
At Luther Pendragon, he worked with clients in the professional and financial services, healthcare and government sectors, including AIG, Abbvie and Grant Thornton, helping them to address their communications challenges in a way that works best for them.
Previously Will worked at Ernst & Young Global Limited for ten years, where he held a number of communications roles supporting leadership at a global and EMEA level. Prior to that he cut his teeth in the communications industry as a Press Attacheé at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Brazil in London, working with local and international media, across a diverse range of issues from international trade, the environment and public health to sport, agricultural policy and the arts.
Victoria Sisson - Director
A former head of communications at several listed City firms, Victoria has extensive experience of corporate comms across in-house and agency environments, and was nominated one of the City’s ‘Top 100 PR contacts’.
Victoria has spent most of her career in communications in the financial services sector, with over 20 years in marketing and communications roles within banking and insurance. She specialises in senior client advisory work and has particular expertise in the complex field of financial services regulation and regulatory issues.
Will White - Director
Will has over 20 years communications and marketing experience in professional services; most recently since 2014 as the Global Communications and Marketing Director at Baker McKenzie. Before that he held several leadership roles at EY as the UK, EMEIA and Global PR Director. His skills include media relations, strategic leadership communications, issues and crisis management, internal communications, brand, content development and digital marketing.
Bijal Tanna - Associate Director
Bijal has over 15 years’ experience in a corporate environment advising UK and global industry leaders on media relations, marketing strategy and implementing plans to position them as leading authorities in their fields.
Bijal started her career with 10 years at EY where she worked in both the UK and global media relations team. She focused on international macroeconomic forecasts as well as sectors including financial services, real estate and retail. Her next role was at Santander where she was responsible for managing media relations for the Corporate & Commercial team. During her time there she created and executed the team’s first piece of thought leadership, the Santander Trade Barometer, which provides guidance to SME exporters and export promotion agencies.
Bijal has experience over multiple geographies, including Southern Europe and sub-Saharan Africa, including a period working at EY South Africa.
Adam Holden - Associate Director
Adam has over 20 years’ corporate communications experience providing strategic communications advice for senior leaders across complex global organisations which has included PR strategy development, crisis communications, and leading a number of regional, UK and global corporate PR campaigns.
Previously, Adam worked at EY, the global professional services organisation, where he spent nearly 20 years in the firm’s UK media relations team, global leadership internal communications and latterly its global PR and social media function.
Adam was responsible for leading external communications and media relations for EY’s UK corporate finance and tax service lines, as well as managing high profile campaigns such as its client focused Brexit PR campaign, the launch of the sustainability advisory team in the UK, and a number of high-profile business Administrations and Receiverships. He also has experience of a number of sectors including health, life sciences and automotive.
Grace Starling - Senior Consultant
Grace joined Omnia in 2022, after graduating from the University of Exeter with a BA in French and Mandarin Chinese.
Grace works across a range of Omnia's clients, in both insurance and professional services. Developing skills in all parts of the PR and media relations process, Grace is studying for the CIPR level 5 certificate alongside work at Omnia.
