Beth Jarecki - CEO, US
As CEO of Omnia Paratus in the US, Beth helps companies develop communications strategy, raise visibility and maintain credibility during challenging times. With a specialization in financial and professional services thought leadership, she has represented clients in financial markets, accounting firms, law firms, property/casualty insurance companies, and experts in cybersecurity, corporate investigations and anti-money laundering.
Beth spent seven years representing Lloyd’s of London. She helped the market through many challenging situations, including 9-11, where Lloyd’s was the largest single insurer. Beth also served as the lead account manager for NASDAQ, advising the market during its separation from the NASD and developing its first investor relations program. Working closely with management, she developed and executed media relations plans for all areas for the Nasdaq including new listings, regulatory issues, trading technology, data-driven products, the QQQ launch and the opening of Nasdaq’s MarketSite in Times Square.
Beth began her career in crisis and M&A communications, providing communications counsel to companies involved in both friendly mega-mergers and hostile takeover situations. She earned a BA in psychology with minors in communications and sociology from the University of Rhode Island.
Rebecca Tompkins - Managing Director
A skilled writer, Rebecca brings over 20 years of communications and content strategy expertise to the Omnia Paratus team. As Managing Director of Omnia Paratus, she provides thought leadership, social media, and brand guidance to a varied roster of insurance businesses and professional services firms.
Prior to her current role, Rebecca served as Director of Brand Experience for the THREE Group research consultancy, where she was responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive brand message across all written, print and interactive materials.
Rebecca’s professional experience includes work on both the corporate and agency sides of the media industry. As Manager of Corporate Communications for NBC, Rebecca was the primary point of contact for the network’s interactive, new media and business development divisions, working closely with business leaders and network partners to identify PR opportunities and to control information flow. Her agency-side experience includes work as an Account Executive for Trylon Communications, where her clients included Court TV, Counsel Connect and The New York Observer. She holds a BS in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
Nancy Hostler - Director
Nancy, an experienced media relations and communications advisor, is a Director at Omnia Paratus. With more than 20 years of experience, she has worked on both the corporate and agency side, and with a variety of industries including publishing, television and financial services.
Prior to joining the team, Nancy worked for Wiley Publishing in the Professional/Trade division of the company developing and executing publicity campaigns for new titles, coordinating with authors, and handling national and local media relations surrounding the brands. As a public relations specialist at Nickelodeon (MTV Networks, Viacom), Nancy worked on the company’s ancillary businesses of the Nickelodeon cable TV network and helped publicize its then $6 billion multi-platform, placing high- profile stories in such publications as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Prior to her corporate work, Nancy worked at Hill & Knowlton and M Booth and Associates managing business-to-business accounts. She holds a BA in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from Denison University.
Kate Herz - Director
Kate has more than 20 years’ marketing, public relations, and communications experience across many industries. Prior to joining the Omnia Paratus team, Kate developed marketing and communications campaigns for large contract security services companies, focusing on the aerospace defense industry.
With Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, Kate identified marketing opportunities and developed communication plans to assist clients in managing relationships along multiple lines of business.
As the manager of marketing and public relations for the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), Kate created strategic marketing and public relations plans. Kate also spent time as a legislative assistant for the Association of American Publishers (AAP) and the Information Industry Association (IIA), where she monitored, analyzed and communicated pertinent legislative, administrative, and regulatory issues to the Board of Directors, association members and senior staff, and executed strategies to influence federal and state legislation. Kate has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Public Relations from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
Anna Masciandaro - Senior Account Manager
Anna began her communications career as an intern at Luther Pendragon in January 2020. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, Anna returned to the firm in 2022 as a communications associate, working with clients in the insurance, financial, legal and technology sectors. In her current role, she leverages her media knowledge to identify how to best position clients and achieve their goals.
Before returning to Omnia Paratus, she worked in the communications department at a U.S. Department of Energy lab dedicated to creating safe and clean nuclear fusion energy. She also worked at Rutgers University Foundation in the Prospect Development and Campaign and Board Operations departments.
Anna earned her master’s degree in Communication and Media with a specialization in Strategic Organizational and Leadership Communication at Rutgers. She is a seasoned writer with five years of experience working for publications.
Craig Ingber - Account Manager
Craig brings a multi-disciplinary background to Omnia Paratus. For the past six years, he has owned and run Foreverett Stories, a video communications and marketing agency. In this capacity, Craig has helped many organizations engage their target audience through video content that interweaves key messages with cinema-grade B-roll. He has produced thought leadership and technical subject matter video campaigns for clients such as the Yale School of Public Health, and has worked closely with the team members of Omnia Paratus on videos for insurance and risk management clients.
Previously, he spent seven years in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction sector as a project engineer working on large-scale infrastructure projects. During this period, he led a $15M green infrastructure project for the construction of stormwater bioswales under a NYC DEP-funded program.
Craig holds an architectural master’s degree from The City College of New York and a BBA in international business from The George Washington University.
Mason Glod - Account Coordinator
Mason is a dynamic public relations professional who joined Omnia Paratus as an Account Coordinator in August 2024. In his current role, Mason provides media relations and content support to clients in the professional services sector, including insurance and financial services.
Mason graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2023 with a BA in Media Studies and minors in Advertising and Marketing. During his time at university, Mason led several initiatives on and off campus, crafting brand identity and cultivating targeted messaging to the student body. In 2024, he returned to Quinnipiac University to earn his MS in Public Relations with a focus on new media, media relations, and campaign development.
With prior experience in marketing positions at legal and non-profit organizations, Mason brings a fresh skillset and new perspective to the Omnia Paratus team.
Dan Prince - Consultant
Dan Prince is a consultant at Omnia. He is an accomplished marketing and communications executive, serving clients across professional and financial services, insurance/insurtech, advertising, media, and marketing. He develops and executes campaigns that build brands and generate growth and is known for his relentless pursuit of success for clients.
Previously, Dan was Chief Communications Officer for Deloitte Consulting and Global Director of Marketing and Communications at Marsh. He has led communications and marketing at several financial services firms.
Dan has a BA in Political Science from Tufts University and an MA in Public Relations from the Boston University College of Communications.
